Nurul Habiba Makkatenni holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Universitas Negeri Makassar and is currently working as a Program Development at MARLY. With her background in conducting needs analysis and implementing effective programs, She is responsible for designing impactful programs that meet the needs of both the company and its clients. She collaborates with the MARLY team to develop programs using her problem solving and communication skills. She has achieved several accolades, including being a High Achiever in the Human Resources Bootcamp Harisenin Angkatan 4 and completing an internship as a Learning and Development specialist at multiple companies in the psychology and financial services sectors.
